Returns policy |

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied
with any of the products that we sell here. We will refund in full
any product that is returned to us within 14 days of the sale. At
which time we will refund your money or exchange the product depending
on stock availability.
We
will not refund or exchange the item if:
- The product has been opened or tampered with. Under these circumstances
we will make an appropriate offer, as they will be deemed second-hand.
Faulty
Goods
We aim to replace or repair faulty products if they are deemed to be
faulty on arrival. We must be notified within 28 days of purchase. However,
the product must be in 'as new' condition complete with original box,
packing and accessories. Proof of purchase must also be provided. If
we are unable to detect a fault, it may be necessary for us to return
the goods to the manufacturer for confirmation before we are able to
supply a replacement.
Costs
Any costs incurred for returning the goods lies with the customer and
we will not accept responsibility for the goods until delivered and
signed for. We therefore strongly advise you to use a recorded and
insured method of carriage.
Guarantees
All equipment supplied is covered by the manufacturer’s
own warranty. This is for a minimum term of 12 months and in some
cases longer, many accessories like memory cards are five years
